About You

We’re seeking a results-driven Head of Marketing to join our fast-growing team and fuel our B2B growth. The ideal candidate will have previous B2B software experience leading both strategy and execution from market segmentation and brand awareness through corporate marketing, product marketing, demand generation and customer acquisition.

As our marketing leader, you will accelerate our brand awareness as a leader in the Data Risk Intelligence domain, enabling companies to gain complete control of their enterprise data. You will strengthen our messaging and content, build brand awareness and demand generation channels with well qualified enterprise leads. The ideal candidate is a proven B2B marketing leader and is comfortable managing across disciplines and working cross-functionally with all internal teams at all levels of the organization as well as with marketing and public relations firms and industry analysts.

Reporting to the CRO, you are a leader, and strong manager that sees the big picture and gets hands on when necessary. A background in B2B enterprise software is preferred.

Your Impact

Responsibilities

  • Corporate Marketing: branding, positioning, messaging, content strategy, thought leadership programs; public relations/analyst relations; inbound marketing; brand awareness; and managing the marketing budget.
  • Product Marketing: conduct market research, perform competitive analysis including product pricing, deliver product positioning and messaging documents, create and maintain sales enablement.
  • Demand Generation: lead the strategy and execution for all demand generation campaigns across all marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, paid social, digital advertising, email, and events.
    • Execute campaigns and manage the entire inbound lead flow process, from lead capture, to landing page creation, to email and nurture programs, and integration with CRM tools
    • Work closely with sales to lead and develop effective account-based marketing strategies to influence target accounts and build highly customized campaigns
    • Coordinate and manage all event execution including sponsorships, logistics, both pre- and post-event, as well as onsite
    • Continually measure and own key metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs, SAOs, and pipeline and continually optimize campaigns based on performance

What Will You Need?

Required Skills

  • B2B Enterprise software/platform product & startup experience from $5M to greater than $100M in ARR
  • At least 5 years of related B2B marketing and demand generation experience with F500 companies
  • Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to own both strategy and execution for demand generation
  • Proven track record of measuring and improving the effectiveness of marketing impact at each level of the funnel and throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Strong analytical background and previous experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills with ability to communicate credibly and professionally externally and internally
  • Be passionate when it comes to figuring out solutions to different challenges
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment, with a focus on impact through execution
