Privacy Attributes

Nx provides out-of-the-box privacy attributes to easily identify privacy data. Moreover, it provides the ability to the administrators to create customized privacy attributes that applies to their organization. This helps simply the identification of privacy data including Personally Identifiable Information, Personal Health Information, etc.

1. In the admin console, go to Classification > Privacy Attributes

2. The following shows out of the box privacy attributes. By default, all privacy attributes will be disabled. To enable the ones that fits best for your organization, activate using the toggle button

3. To edit any existing privacy attribute, click on the Edit button

4. To create a new privacy attribute, click on Create New Attribute on the upper right side and supply in the information and hit Save

5. To ensure the correctness of your regex, click on the Test Attribute button. You can add sample content and then click on the Test Attribute button to see the detected keywords and values based on the regex and provided keywords
